Easter Card

I made this card for a friend. I enjoy doing paper embroidery. This time I added beads to the card.
To make this card I had to make a card front first.
I cut out the circle in the middle using my Spellbinders Nestabilities "Large Circle " set. I then pricked out the design in the corners. I sewed the corners using a variegated thread. I then pricked out my egg pattern on white card stock. The egg is sewn in gold thread. The seed beads are a mixture of soft pastel colors. I centered the egg in the circle on the card front (from behind). Once I liked the placement I taped it down from the back.Then I put the card front on the card using double sided tape. I decorated the circle with peel-off stickers and applied a "Happy Easter" sticker. This card was a bit time consuming but was a lot of fun to make.
