Today I am posting about something different...I know a lot of crafters and storage always seems to be the big subject of discussion. I recently saw a punch holder on another website and thought "What a great idea". So after staring at the punch holder for a long time and with the help of my brother-in-law this is what we came up with. The holder we built measures (outside measurements) 14 inches wide and 42 inches tall. The top 2 rungs for the punches are 3 inches down from the top and 3 inches apart and 1 1/4 inches from the back. The rest of the rungs are 6 inches apart and are 3 inches from the back. The dowel I used for the 2 top rungs is 1/2 inch dowel and the rest of the rungs are 5/8 inch dowel. I screwed mine to the wall for safety purposes. Now my punches are right at my finger tips.
